If an order is cancelled by Nordiwick after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded where required.
6. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments or other payment providers available during checkout.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact Nordiwick as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request before processing or fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled solely because the customer changed their mind, subject to applicable law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Processing times and delivery times are separate.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occur because of shipping carriers, customs, weather, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside Nordiwick's reasonable control.
Orders may occasionally arrive in more than one package because products may be fulfilled by different fulfillment partners.
9. Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Nordiwick is not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible.
10. Returns and Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated by Nordiwick or where a return, refund, replacement or other remedy is required by applicable law.
We generally do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds because of a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection by the customer or because an item is no longer wanted.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or legal warranties.
11. Damaged Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Nordiwick as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request your order number, photographs, videos or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, another appropriate solution or a refund where required.
12. Third Party Fulfillment
Nordiwick may work with third party suppliers, fulfillment centres, logistics providers and shipping carriers.
Products may therefore be shipped from different locations and separate items from the same order may arrive in different packages.
An address appearing on a shipping label is not necessarily an authorized return address.
Customers should contact Nordiwick before attempting to return a product.
13. Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not already included in the purchase price or shipping charges, they may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
Nordiwick does not control charges imposed independently by customs authorities.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined.

Third party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Submitted content must be truthful and must not be unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading or infringe the rights of another person.

Nordiwick is not responsible for independent third party websites or services that are outside our reasonable control.

Nordiwick is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our online store.
Purchases made from the Nordiwick store are transactions between the customer and Nordiwick.
Shopify provides technology and related services but is not the seller of Nordiwick products.

Personal information collected through the Nordiwick website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
